Check in by scanning a QR code. That's it.

A static QR code posted at your entrance handles check-in. Members scan it with their phone camera, verify their phone number once, and every future visit is a single tap. No kiosks or shared keyboards — and members don't need to download anything.

Every check-in is logged automatically, feeding the analytics that show you peak hours, daily trends, and attendance patterns. The check-in system and the attendance data are the same thing.

How it works

01

Print a QR code

A static QR code posted at your entrance. That's all the hardware you need. Members scan it with their phone camera.

02

First visit: verify phone number

The first time a member scans, they enter their phone number and verify with a one-time code. This links their identity to their membership.

03

Every visit after: single tap

On future visits, the member scans the QR code and taps to check in. Their phone number is remembered, so the flow is instant.

What you get

Just a printed QR code

A printed QR code at the entrance is the entire check-in system. It replaces kiosks, shared keyboards, and card readers. Replace the printout in seconds if it gets damaged.

Works with any phone

Check-in happens in the phone's browser — no app download required. Any phone with a camera and a browser can check in. Works for members, guests, and first-time visitors.

Phone-verified identity

The phone number verified during the first check-in links to the member's profile, payment methods, and membership status. One identity across check-in, checkout, and account management.

Staff check-in fallback

When a member doesn't have their phone, staff can check them in manually by searching for them in the Pro app. The QR flow is the primary path, but it's not the only one.

“Check-ins are really easy. We get a QR code and members scan it using their phone to check in. That's it. It's nice to have a system that has this versus having to get a check-in system separately.”

FAQ

Do members need to download an app to check in?

No. Check-in works in the phone's browser. Members scan a QR code with their phone camera and the check-in page opens automatically — no app download required.

What happens if a member forgets their phone?

Staff can check them in manually by searching for the member's name or phone number in the Pro app. The manual check-in is logged the same way as a QR check-in.

Can guests check in too?

Yes. Guests who purchased a pass through the web checkout can check in with the same QR code. Their identity was verified during the purchase, so check-in works the same way.

Is the QR code the same every day?

Yes. The QR code is static — it links to your gym's check-in page. Print it once and post it at the entrance. No daily codes to generate or update.
