What hardware do I need for Gymsense payments?
Just your phone. The Pro app turns any iPhone or Android phone into a point of sale. There is no additional hardware to buy or maintain.
How does QR payment work if a member doesn't have their phone?
Staff can also look up a customer by name or phone number in the Pro app and process a payment directly. The QR flow is the fastest option, but it's not the only one.
Is QR payment secure?
Yes. Each QR code generates a single-use, time-limited token. Card data is stored and processed by Stripe — Gymsense never handles raw card numbers.
