What product types does Gymsense support?
Memberships (with recurring billing), guest passes (with visit tracking and expiry), personal training packages (with session counts), and retail items (one-off purchases). Each type has its own checkout flow optimized for that purchase type.
Can I change prices on existing products?
Yes. You can update product prices from the Pro app. Price changes are synced to Stripe automatically. Existing members stay on their current price unless you explicitly change their subscription.
How do AI-generated product images work?
When you create a retail product, Gymsense can generate a product image using AI based on the product name and description. This gives your catalog a consistent, professional look without photography.
